After Elphaba fled from Emerald City to go into hiding after being framed by the Wizard, Glinda and herself decide to secretly meet in the woods to find a way for her to come back to the city from the goodness of the Ozians' hearts. Right and wrong can be very difficult to distinguish when push comes to shove. One good deed can in fact cause chaos, even with good intentions.
